This class uses Foundational movements and transitions derived from a repertoire of Basic and selected Essential level poses to create meditative and low intensity flow sequences suitable for beginners or yogis seeking a more grounding practice.

All levels of experience seeking more opportunities to establish themselves in mindful movement.
Currently in recovery from illness and/or injuries
Coming back to the practice after a long period of inactivity
