Part 1:
Weekends Sessions @ Nithya Priyan School of Yoga
Saturday 7th - Sunday 29th October 2023
Four weekends: Saturdays 10-7pm, Sundays 12-7pm with a lunch break
Rest days on Oct 22nd
(Includes 4 hours of weekly assignments and pre-recorded lectures)

Part 2:
Retreat Intensive @ Bali
Saturday 4th - Sunday 12th November 2023
9-Day Intensive: Full-Day Programme

Part 3:
Weekends Sessions @ Nithya Priyan School of Yoga
Saturday 18th November - Sunday 3th December 2023
Three Weekends: Saturdays 10-7pm, Sundays 12-7pm with a lunch break
