Our course is conducted over three weekends, specifically designed to create lasting transformation. Each session will have plenty of breaks for integration and questions:

  • 10:00 Morning Practice

  • 12:00 Lunch

  • 13:00 Afternoon Lecture

  • 15:00 Asana Clinic

  • 18:00 End of day Closing Practice

  • 19:00 End

Sundays

  • 13:00 Afternoon Practice

  • 15:00 Break

  • 15:30 Asana Clinic

  • 18:00 End of Day Closing Practice

  • 19:00 End

WEEKDAYS:

  • Take-home practices to explore concepts

  • Online community support

  • Access to teachers for questions

  • Recorded lectures to deepen understanding at your own pace
