As we are expanding our Yoga curriculum to include nutrition, meditation and philosophy to move towards presenting the depth of the Tradition in all its interconnected whole and afford you a full understanding, we have not neglected our 27 week curriculum.
Presenting a new 90 minute class type which takes the theme of each week past Basic, Essential and Intermediate to find challenging variations of the poses, along with explorations of intricate transitions.
Advanced class will also incorporate mantra, mudra, bandha, dhyana and pranayama practice. It will be 90 minutes spent in the authentic tradition.
